This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greenwood, IN, for a Bilingual Insurance Agent. The responsibilities include assisting clients in understanding and selecting insurance products, building and maintaining long-term relationships, and providing tailored solutions for health and retirement needs. Additional duties involve conducting one-on-one consultations, educating clients on policies, and ensuring high-quality customer service to support financial and insurance decisions.

• Proficiency in Insurance, Insurance Sales, and Insurance Brokerage with the ability to guide clients in selecting suitable coverage.
• Experience in Finance, demonstrating knowledge and understanding of financial products and retirement planning solutions.
• Strong Customer Service skills to provide exceptional support and build lasting client relationships.
• Bilingual proficiency to effectively communicate with clients from diverse language backgrounds.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
• A valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) is required.
