The Professional Recruiter develops new client relationships through sales calls, presentations, and networking. You’ll build and maintain a strong pipeline of professional candidates and match them with reputable companies across South Central Indiana. Our team operates with clear goals, accountability, and opportunities for growth.

You’ll have access to Express University, Power Train, and ongoing training & certification programs.
