Physical Therapist

Nmble Medical is partnering with a growing outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Greenwood, Indiana to add a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to their team. This Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist will provide specialized pelvic health services within a well-established outpatient rehab clinic, commitment to high-quality care.

This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about pelvic health and excited to help expand and shape pelvic floor services within a collaborative outpatient setting.

• Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, including:
• Pelvic pain
• Urinary and bowel dysfunction
• Prenatal and postpartum conditions
• Pelvic organ prolapse
• Post-surgical rehabilitation
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide one-on-one, patient-centered care
• Educate patients on anatomy, exercise, movement, and lifestyle strategies
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Communicate with referring providers and collaborate with clinic staff
• Contribute to the growth and development of pelvic floor services within the clinic

• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of Indiana
• Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy training, certification, or relevant continuing education preferred
• (motivated clinicians seeking mentorship will be considered)
• Outpatient rehab or women’s health experience preferred
• Strong communication, professionalism, and patient-education skills
