• Clarify detailed scope of work with all key stakeholders
• Design, costing, scheduling and production of proposals leading to winning new projects.
• Assist the Regions and Project Pursuit Team with pricing and delivery on engineered solutions.
• Work with the sales organization to develop a project specific value proposition to convince them that we have provided the best-in-class solution for the scope of the project.
• Prepare quotations and solutions bid proposals.
• Management and development of proposed standard processes, tooling and structures for enhancement of solutions proposals.
• Review and approve solution applications and 3rd party suppliers
• Work with Project Managers, Sales Order Specialists, and customers to assure incoming orders are “clean” for SAP entry.

• Bachelor’s degree in technical field and at least 5 years of experience.
• Travel required:

• Expertise in Endress+Hauser products and process automation, with experience in large project acquisition, delivery, and go‑to‑market strategies through representative partners.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents, including P&IDs, RFQs, RFPs, and bid specifications.
• Ability to work and make informed decisions independently and on own initiative.
