As a Teacher, you will be at the heart of our mission. You’ll directly support children and their education every day, experiencing the joys and challenges that come with this vital role. When you join our team, you will:

• Implement Kinder Care's curriculum tailored to each child's unique needs.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and community partners.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• The ability to multi-task and handle various situations effectively.
• State-specific qualifications for the role or a willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or a willingness to obtain.
• The physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and engage actively with children.
• Strong communication skills in English to connect with children and their parents.
