Physician - Family Medicine

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established practice at Franciscan Physician Network Southeast Family Medicine located in Greenwood, IN. Experience is preferred, not required. Interested candidate will be joining an established, busy practice with four physicians and two advanced practice providers who enjoy a supportive work environment and a great work-life balance.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Practice hours:
  Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m.
  
  - 5:00 p.m.
• Flexible full-time schedule
• Average patient volumes: 15 - 20 patients per day
• Participation in large call group
• Telehealth is offered
• EPIC electronic medical record
• Well-established practice with high patient satisfaction and quality scores
• Experienced clinical support staff

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree - Required
• Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) - Required - or
• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification - Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
