• Minimum 5+ years of construction supervision experience.
• Must have the ability to understand, create and push a project schedule.
• Valid Driver’s License
• OSHA Trained (Certification preferred but not required)
• Experience in multifamily construction (Preferred but not required)
• The ability to coordinate and communicate with employees, managers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ability to complete tasks in weather permitting conditions
• Experience in Procore and Microsoft Products

• Drive cost-effective project management techniques and strategies in the field
• Plan and coordinate project start-up in conjunction with Construction Project Manager
• Conduct weekly superintendent meeting with subcontractors/vendors and record meeting minutes/agendas in Pro Core
• Maintain a daily job site log, collect and process daily reports
• Coordinate all construction activities and subcontractors
• Monitor project status and maintain appropriate building and on-site control and on-site representation to ensure the project is completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with the contract and owner’s expectations
• Monitor and direct daily job site clean-up activities to ensure a safe work environment at all times
• Stamp, code and process delivery tickets as they are received from shipments (Coded and approved tickets shall be delivered to the Construction Project Manager via Pro Core on a weekly basis)
• Order/requisition materials, supplies, tools, and schedule equipment rentals
