Overview
Location: Greenwood IN 46143 (onsite for training then rotates to hybrid WFH Fridays)
Duration: 6-12 month contract (will extend or be converted)
Pay Rate: $23/hr
Responsibilities- Assist the Sales Team/Account Representatives with data entry and placing sales orders.
- Work closely with management and the sales department to catch up on backlogs.
- Use Excel with a high sense of urgency and strong attention to detail.
- Training onsite for the first 1-2 weeks with potential to work hybrid afterwards.
- Maintain the set hourly compensation of $23/hr.
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, corporate environment
- Experience with procurement OR fulfillment (auto manufacturing industry experience highly preferred)
- Strong computer skills – comfortable with MS Excel
- Ability to work independently with a strong attention to detail
- Plus: B2B Accounts Receivable experience
- Plus:
Experience working with suppliers, customers, and internal/external sales teams - Plus: ERP or WMS software experience (JD Edwards)
