Espi Agency is seeking a motivated and personable Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our growing team. This is a part-time role with strong potential to transition into a full-time position as the business continues to expand. As an ISA, you’ll be the first point of contact for incoming leads, responsible for building rapport, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for our agents.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys conversation, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited about contributing to a high-performing real estate team. Our office is located in the Denver Tech Center
, with flexibility built into the role.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with CRM systems and phone-based outreach.
Sales experience is preferred
, especially in real estate, customer service, or a related field, but the right attitude and work ethic matter most. We offer competitive compensation with uncapped earning potential

- Sales experience preferred (real estate, inside sales, call center, or customer-facing roles strongly valued)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence
- Ability to build rapport quickly and engage in meaningful conversations with prospects
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems, technology, and basic computer applications
- Ability to work in-office as needed
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with the ability to work independently
- Coachable mindset with a strong desire to learn, grow, and improve sales skills
- Ability to handle objections professionally and maintain consistent follow-up
- Real estate experience or license is a plus, but not required
