General Sales Manager - Lexus of Greenwood Village
Pay range: $112,160 – $250,000 per year.
Minimum 3+ year experience as a General Sales Manager required; experience in sales and finance within an automotive dealership. Strong leadership, training, and performance management skills are essential.
Responsibilities- Maintain accountability for customer retention and profitability in sales and finance.
- Hire, train, and motivate all sales consultants and sales management employees.
- Plan dealership operations for the coming year and submit plans to the company for approval.
- Provide enthusiastic leadership to maintain and grow employee engagement and retain top talent.
- Uphold company values and use sound judgment in decision making.
- Maintain strong sales knowledge, training, and performance background and be highly engaged with the retail process.
- Focus on customer satisfaction.
- Steady work history and prior experience as a General Sales Manager (preferred) or Sales Manager with a proven track record of achieving positive results.
- Strong sales knowledge, training, and performance background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to approach others in a diplomatic and professional manner.
- Ability to work under pressure, accept responsibility for actions, and follow through on commitments.
- Engaged in the retail process with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Total Target Annual Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000.
