Supervisor, Retail, Retail & Store Manager

This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role located in Greenwood Village, CO. The Supervisor will oversee daily store operations, support and motivate team members, and provide excellent customer service to pet owners. Responsibilities include inventory management, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, leading staff training, and ensuring the delivery of quality customer experiences. The Supervisor will also assist in implementing sales strategies to meet store performance goals.

• Leadership and team management skills, including, mentoring, and collaborative decision-making
• Customer service and communication skills to address customer needs effectively and build positive relationships
• Knowledge of inventory management processes and organizational skills to maintain store presentation standards
• Basic understanding of sales strategies and an ability to achieve performance goals
• Passion for pets and familiarity with pet care products and services is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site retail environment and handle multiple responsibilities
• High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or leadership experience is preferred
