Advocates of both in-store and digital services and solutions who are knowledgeable about capabilities and features that drive adoption and guest loyalty. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy for guests at the check lanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up and drive up while ensuring exceptional quality.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and provide assistance.
• Make guests aware of current promos, store activities and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Know and speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with application or sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and best practices.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy.
• Explain and demonstrate features and offerings within the Target App including Wallet.
• Be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering; direct guests to enroll, activate and use these features.
• Handle returns following store policies and consult with leadership as needed.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours while being available for guests.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up orders, and related duties with compliance to laws and policies.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times).

• Ability to educate guests about products and services.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology, and work both independently and with a team.
