- Purpose & Impact: At Sploot, you’re not just performing tasks – you’re making a difference. Our mission is to make vet care better for pets and for vet professionals. Every treatment you assist, every client you comfort, contributes to a larger purpose of setting a new standard in veterinary medicine. You’ll feel that pride and purpose every day, knowing your work truly matters (and we’ll remind you, with plenty of "thank you's" and appreciation along the way).

- Perform Lab & Technical Skills – collect blood, run lab tests, place IV catheters, take radiographs (including dental x‑rays), administer medications and vaccines, and even assist in suturing and wound care.
- Maintain Organized Workflow – help keep our clinic running smoothly by maintaining accurate digital medical records (with help from our AI scribe), restocking supplies, and ensuring equipment is cleaned/sterilized. A tidy clinic is a happy clinic for team, pets, and owners alike.
