Clinical Manager Registered Nurse – HCA Healthcare
The Clinical Manager Registered Nurse will plan, coordinate, and deliver quality interdisciplinary home health care services, ensuring compliance with federal/state standards and clinical best practices.
Salary Estimate$74,089.60 – $ per year.

- Supervise and monitor the competencies and performance of assigned home health care team(s).
- Oversee case management of all patients, ensuring accurate evaluations, treatment plans, and utilization of services according to the quality model.
- Review electronically submitted documentation and provide feedback to clinicians, ensuring documentation reflects compliance with medical necessity, homebound status, visit utilization, and individualized patient assessment and transition planning.
- Review agency‑assigned team outcome data and facilitate quality improvement activities.
- Coordinate patient schedules to ensure efficient clinical care and optimal resource utilization.
- Serve as educator and mentor for the home health care team regarding documentation, standards of care, and compliance.
- Two years’ experience within a licensed and certified (Medicare) home health agency.
- Competence in federal (Medicare) and local standards, including Conditions of Participation and Local Coverage Determinations.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practice state.
- Reliable transportation and valid automobile liability insurance.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Preferred: supervisory experience.
