Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the project management department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proactive leadership, and strong organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: South Denver, Colorado (hybrid/onsite)

Pay Range: $58-64/hour, based on experience

• Oversee the full lifecycle of complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestone roadmaps.
• Lead daily project activities, providing direction and support to project team members.
• Establish and maintain effective communication strategies with stakeholders, leadership, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

• 5–10 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership, judgment, and decision-making skills.
