Litigation Attorney

Patterson Ripplinger, P.C. is currently seeking a Litigation Attorney for our busy DTC office. The ideal candidate will have insurance defense litigation experience, defending first- and third-party claims, drafting coverage analyses, motions, pleadings, complaints, and attending depositions and court hearings in both state and federal court. Strong research, writing, and independent thinking skills are essential. Candidates must be prepared to assume primary responsibility for all aspects of the cases on which they work, from pre‑litigation analysis through trial and appeal.

They must have strong organizational skills, be able to meet deadlines, and track billable hours using electronic practice management software. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Colorado. Recent law school graduates are encouraged to apply.
