We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Leader to join the Digital Services Transformation Office in either Seattle or Denver. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead a multi-year transformation journey and roadmap, enabling modernization efforts that impact a global workforce and customer base.
The Transformation Office serves as the engine for change across Digital Services. It integrates product, engineering, operations, strategy, and talent to deliver results with pace while supporting long-term transformation. A key deliverable is the transformation roadmap and playbook, which together act as the organization’s North Star by establishing clear guidance and consistent expectations that drive momentum across Digital Services.
Position Responsibilities- Establish an organization-wide operating rhythm and management system that delivers results supported by continuous improvement.
- This includes operating the transformation scorecard, defining delivery KPIs across product, technology, operations, and culture, and maintaining momentum through structured cadences such as weekly alignment syncs, biweekly scorecard reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
- This role also runs structured feedback loops with product teams, platform consumers, capability leads, and leadership to continuously enhance the transformation playbook.
- Develop and sustain a transformation management system that supports operational excellence, KPIs, organizational performance, and investment decision-making.
- This includes defining governance tools and templates such as a portfolio-level scorecard, operating model self-assessments, phase-gate readiness checklists, and team charters.
- Partner closely with finance, product leadership, and enablement teams to understand how portfolio investment decisions impact transformation priorities.
- This includes coaching executives and managers to model desired behaviors, designing change adoption strategies, building engagement and support structures such as communities of practice and immersive learning, aligning communications to reinforce adoption goals, and measuring adoption, sentiment, and behavioral change to ensure lasting impact.
- Serve as the communications and internal marketing champion for the transformation. This includes sharing progress, successes, and lessons learned through clear storytelling, maintaining open communication channels, partnering with OCM to reinforce messaging, incorporating feedback, and using innovative storytelling to sustain engagement and momentum across the organization.
- This includes coordinating and de-risking delivery, removing bottlenecks, coaching leaders and teams in lean-agile and flow-based delivery practices, and ensuring execution is paired with adoption and long-term sustainment.
- This includes providing dashboards and metrics to track outcomes, monitoring adoption and delivery effectiveness, and fostering learning, experimentation, and evidence-based decision-making.
- This includes assessing current-state architecture, identifying gaps, developing frameworks for iterative modernization, aligning with industry best practices, and coaching teams and leaders in product, technology, and architecture principles.
