Software Asset Management Analyst - Service

Overview

Do you have a knack for managing software assets and a passion for optimizing processes? This is your opportunity to join our team as a Software Asset Management Analyst, where you'll be managing software licenses and driving compliance and optimization initiatives.

• Oversee and manage licenses for major software publishers like Microsoft, Adobe, and Autodesk.
• Conduct compliance audits and reconcile procurement data with software models and entitlements.
• Define, document, and refine software asset management (SAM) processes and governance strategies.
• Create and maintain process documents and design diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
• Process software requests, reclaim unused licenses, and manage software catalog entries in Service Now.
• Generate usage reports and conduct license analysis for cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and procurement teams to align software usage policies.
• Lead automation initiatives to enhance Service Now SAM Pro functions and processes.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SAM and Service Now.
• Expertise in Service Now SAM Pro, including License Workbench, dashboards, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data sets effectively.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation proficiency.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to facilitate cross-team collaboration.

• Experience with software models of publishers like Atlassian, and Figma.
• Vendor coordination and procurement support knowledge.
• Proficiency in creating process diagrams with Microsoft Visio and using advanced Excel features.
• Discovery data analysis experience with tools such as SCCM, Qualys, and ACC.

The pay range for this role is $23 - $53 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
