About the RoleWe are looking for a technical, execution-focused Product Manager who has a proven track record of bringing software products from idea to launch and iterative improvement in an agile environment.
This person is expected to be an exceptional product leader who deeply understands modern software development, complex systems, user-centered design, and how to collaborate effectively with Engineering, UX, Data, and cross-functional business partners.
You will own significant product areas within our EMR and oncology platform, driving projects that involve complex workflows, integrations, data models, and user experience challenges. Your success will come from your ability to deeply understand user needs, define clear product strategy, unblock engineering teams, and ship high-quality software that meaningfully improves provider and patient experiences.
What You’ll Do- Develop a compelling product strategy grounded in user needs, data, technical realities, and business priorities.
- Build and maintain a clear, outcome-driven roadmap that balances speed, quality, and platform scalability.
- Identify opportunities for workflow optimization, automation, and smarter UX through strong discovery and experimental thinking.
- Translate ambiguous ideas into structured product initiatives with measurable impact.
- Own the product backlog, writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Collaborate daily with Engineering to clarify requirements, remove blockers, evaluate tradeoffs, and iterate quickly.
- Make pragmatic decisions that maximize value delivered while respecting technical constraints and timelines.
- Ensure shipped features meet quality expectations through validation, testing coordination, and release readiness.
- Monitor performance post-launch and drive continuous improvement through analytics and feedback loops.
- Serve as the connective tissue between Engineering, Product Design, Data, Clinical SMEs, Customer Success, and executives.
- Communicate product strategy, changes, and progress clearly and proactively.
- Gather input from diverse stakeholders, synthesize perspectives, and turn them into actionable decisions.
- Represent the product in customer conversations, roadmap reviews, and release demos.
- 5–10+ years in software product management or product ownership
, preferably in complex enterprise or platform environments. - Strong technical fluency - able to discuss APIs, data models, system behaviors, architecture tradeoffs, and integration implications with engineering.
- End-to-end product lifecycle ownership from concept through discovery, design, development, launch, and iteration.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with engineers and designers to deliver high-quality software efficiently.
- Experience working in agile delivery environments with modern product development practices.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive prioritization and decision-making.
- Prior experience building workflow-heavy SaaS applications, B2B platforms, or data-driven products.
- Familiarity with healthcare tech, EMRs, clinical workflows, or regulated environments (but not required).
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, etc.
- You build strong credibility and trust with engineering.
- Your teams consistently ship high-quality increments that demonstrate real forward movement.
- Product decisions are grounded in user insight, constraints are understood early, and outcomes are measurable.
- Stakeholders are informed, aligned, and confident in the roadmap.
- The product areas you own become more intuitive, stable, and impactful over time.
