Job Overview
This role requires a Sr. Data Analyst who will collaborate with internal stakeholders to extract, transform, analyze, and visualize data to drive product and service improvements. The analyst will build dashboards, perform ad‑hoc analysis, and act as subject‑matter expert on key applications.
Responsibilities- Work on assigned tasks with business deadlines.
- Document analysis and share findings with stakeholders.
- Build and maintain best‑in‑class Tableau dashboards from scratch.
- Pull data to meet business requests on an ad‑hoc basis.
- Independently identify data sources, perform analysis, and uncover insights.
- Apply strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a can‑do attitude.
- Leverage SQL, Tableau, Excel, and other tools in a fast‑paced environment.
- Build metrics for applications and drive continuous improvement.
- Execute ETL processes, including extraction, transformation, loading from APIs, databases, flat files.
- Create automated processes that streamline analysis and reporting.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using data‑analysis techniques.
- Conduct statistical analyses and predictive modeling, present findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy through validation and testing.
- Perform ad‑hoc analysis and identify opportunities to improve processes.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis.
- Expert level experience with data analysis, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel.
- Experience working with call, case, and order data from sources such as Salesforce, Remedy, NICE, IVR.
- Proficient in Python for data analysis and predictive analytics.
- Strong understanding of ETL development and data consolidation.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to present complex findings to stakeholders.
- Ability to independently identify data needs and develop solutions that meet business requirements.

Job Type & LocationContract to Hire, hybrid position in Greenwood Village, CO.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $50.00 – $65.00/hr benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation, PTO, and more (temporary role). Eligibility depends on classification and employment length.
