RSM currently has openings for individuals interested in combining Technology and Business to join our Managed Application Services (MAS) practice as a consulting associate working with the Oracle Net Suite platform. This platform comprises Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Intelligence (BI), and a technology base.

Our MAS Practice works with our clients’ teams to achieve their business objectives through innovative solutions that align people, processes and technology. As an MAS Consulting Associate, you will gain team exposure to a wide variety of functionality and technical tools on the platform as well as a broad range of clients across many industries. The position begins with a 6-week onboarding investment paired with a senior desk resource, including calls to resolve client issues and understand support expectations.

Additional online trainings will be assigned; upon completion, Associates will return to their MAS team to begin client work.

Location for this position is Denver or St. Louis.

• Engage with clients and ensure business objectives are aligned with IT strategy
• Fix and build business solutions and establish operations best practices
• Understand and apply consulting processes, tools and methodologies
• Leverage technology to drive business operations efficiencies
• Work daily with the Oracle Net Suite platform
• Adopt and learn new technologies and functional areas
• Direct contact with clients to understand and respond to requirements
• Direct contact with RSM Net Suite teams and onsite consultants
• Analyze problems and design solutions
• Data migration and development of new features
• Test proposed solutions within sandbox environments
• Provide remote support and troubleshoot business application issues
• Utilize a structured development methodology
• Translate client business requirements into Net Suite configurations
• Design solutions using Net Suite functions to meet business objectives
• Build and nurture client relationships during implementation

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related fields
• Experience with an object-oriented programming language
• Understanding of basic accounting concepts and methodologies
• Willingness to work with and adapt to a shifting technical landscape
• Intelligent, motivated, and proactive with a “roll up the sleeves” attitude
• Analytical problem-solving approach
• Initiative, creativity, and a passion to deliver results
• Well-rounded with varied interests and experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail

• ERP or CRM experience is highly desired
