Overview

CREDENTIALING / ENROLLMENT SPECIALIST – REVENUE CYCLE ADMINISTRATION

Hourly Rate: $25.00

Location: Greenwood Village, CO;
Hybrid (3 days remote / 2 days onsite following probationary period.)

The Enrollment Specialist Associate is responsible for completing all enrollment forms and activities related to enrolling and maintaining status for all GMR Ground Operations with Medicare, Medicaid, and other entities. They ensure records are accurate and ongoing compliance is maintained in accordance with Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately complete all paper and electronic forms for government payors as assigned.
  • Accurately complete all contracting credentialing requests as assigned.
  • Gather licensing and other requested documentation from GMR Operations, Legal and Compliance departments.
  • Manage and track all work in company provided software.
  • Maintain confidentiality and update company information as necessary.
  • Assist in collecting data and creating/maintaining reports as necessary.
  • Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to work overtime as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Must pass new-hire and department-specific testing.
  • One-year previous related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Computer skills to ensure proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook.
  • Typing ability of at least 40 WPM.
