, we are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Greenwood Village office. This role is designed for an advisor who is ready to provide sophisticated, high-touch wealth management services while building long‑term customer relationships. Our compensation model is an immediate vesting model.

- Comprehensive Wealth Management: Develop and implement high‑level financial strategies, including retirement optimization and multi‑generational planning.
- Strategic Client Advisory: Provide expert guidance on Social Security, pension plans, and complex insurance selection.
- Relationship Leadership: Use active listening and professional confidence to manage and grow a high‑net‑worth client base.
- Small Business Consulting: Drive success for local business owners through tailored succession and benefit reviews.
- Proven Track Record: At least 5–10 years of experience in personal financial advisory or wealth management (preferred over the 1‑year minimum).
- Licensing & Compliance: Active Series 7 & 66 (or Series 6 & 65) and Life/Health Insurance licenses.
- Preferred Designations: Possession of a CFP®, CFA, or ChFC is highly preferred to reflect the technical depth of our firm.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration or on the job equivalent.
- Sophisticated Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to navigate complex financial conversations with ease.
