In this key role, you will provide VDC/BIM/Digital Delivery management and leadership by aligning technologies with internal and client goals. You will define digital delivery scope for project estimates, coordinate project technical setup, and model deliverables. As the VDC Lead, you will create and implement Design and Construction BIM Execution Plans for EPCM, integrate VDC tasks including 3D logistics and safety planning, 4D scheduling, 5D cost and quantity take‑offs, and coordinate the use of the Common Data Environment (Autodesk Cloud).

You will manage clash detection, lead clash resolution meetings, serve as BIM subject‑matter expert, coordinate laser scan data integration, facilitate Scan‑to‑BIM efforts, manage model redline and as‑built processes, verify construction install with model‑based practices, lead mobile device trainings, and provide technical troubleshooting for field teams.

As the VDC Lead you will also be the digital delivery stakeholder on design and construction projects, consult during business development, collaborate with clients, representatives, and contractors, manage trade partner modeling quality, support team development with training materials, recruit, manage, and mentor employees, and provide daily on‑site presence and leadership.

• At least 7 years of experience in VDC/BIM roles within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of BIM technologies and their application in manufacturing environments in design and construction
• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Revizto) and Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Experience with laser scanning and point cloud data management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
• Proven track record of onsite leadership of VDC activities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment on a project site and virtually
• Experience in developing and implementing BIM execution plans
• Strong understanding of construction processes and MEP systems
• Willing to work on site at a project near Baton Rouge, LA

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
