Technical Business Development Manager Senior - TS​/SCI

We’re looking to expand our team across the board.

• Build and maintain strong relationships that support GD4A and other government/industry customers to drive strategic growth
• Leverage established GD4A customer relationships to advance business opportunities aligned with York’s space solutions
• Engage in industry day events, local activities, and customer visits
• Identify high-value market, government budgets, and customer opportunities through market and competitive analysis
• Provide recommendations and present business development opportunities to pursue
• Provide regular updates to guide team strategy and manage the sales pipeline
• Collaborate with functional leadership (e.g., CTO, LT, Contracts) to align York offerings with GD4A customer needs
• Develop innovative capture strategies to secure new business; provide the team with win themes for proposals and white papers
• Willing to travel as needed to visit GD4A customers and attend industry events on a regular basis

• Extensive experience in the space domain and solid technical understanding of space platforms; clear understanding of missile defense systems
• Established network of customer relationships that support the GD4A architecture, particularly with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Space Systems Command (SSC), and other related government entities
• Excellent business / strategic acumen and instinct
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and workloads
• Excellent presentation and customer-facing skills
