Product Innovation Lead

Optomi, in partnership with a leading provider of managed services, is looking for a Product Innovation Lead / Business Product Manager to join their team in Denver, CO.

This role focuses on driving product innovation and expanding managed services beyond traditional offerings like Wi‑Fi, Internet, and TV. The ideal candidate will perform competitive and market research to identify opportunities, evaluate market potential, and create a blueprint for leadership to bring new products or services to market within 12 months. This role involves discovering, recommending, creating, and implementing new business lines, with a focus on customers such as arenas, schools, churches, colleges, and hotel properties.

• Working on high‑impact initiatives to define next‑generation products and business lines.
• Collaborating with leadership to identify market opportunities and execute on strategic plans.
• Playing a key role in expanding the managed services portfolio.
• Networking with partners and stakeholders to champion innovative ideas.

• MBA or significant business acumen.
• 5‑7+ years of experience in idea generation and product mindset.
• Experience developing business models, crafting position papers, and evaluating partnership opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Background in Hotel Properties, Higher Education, Arenas, Churches, or Colleges.
