Optomi, in partnership with a leading provider of managed services, is looking for a Product Innovation Lead / Business Product Manager to join their team in Denver, CO.

Position Summary:

This role focuses on driving product innovation and expanding managed services beyond traditional offerings like Wi‑Fi, Internet, and TV. The ideal candidate will perform competitive and market research to identify opportunities, evaluate market potential, and create a blueprint for leadership to bring new products or services to market within 12 months. This role involves discovering, recommending, creating, and implementing new business lines, with a focus on customers such as arenas, schools, churches, colleges, and hotel properties.

  • MBA or significant business acumen.
  • 5‑7+ years of experience in idea generation and product mindset.
  • Experience developing business models, crafting position papers, and evaluating partnership opportunities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Background in Hotel Properties, Higher Education, Arenas, Churches, or Colleges.
What the responsibilities are of the right candidate:
  • Conduct competitive and market research to identify opportunities to expand the managed services portfolio.
  • Create a blueprint for leadership to bring new products or services to market within 12 months.
  • Collaborate with boundary partners to champion innovative ideas and build strong alliances.
  • Present findings and recommendations to VP‑level stakeholders.
  • Execute on strategic plans to develop and implement new business lines.
