The Branch Administrative Assistant III plays an important role in the organization by performing a number of tasks related to the branch’s administrative functions. The role is primarily responsible, under intermittent to low supervision, for performing full administrative duties in support of the branch office by providing customer service, conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, ordering supplies and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, copying, filing, faxing, and scheduling meetings.
EssentialFunctions
- Answer incoming calls and provide responsive, courteous service by scheduling, sharing information, and setting follow-ups
- Post updates, track calls, & follow up with leads in the Salesforce CRM
- Maintain and organize an executive Outlook calendar for a top-producing Loan Officer
- Assist with scheduling, reviewing emails, and supporting Loan Officers in day-to-day functions
- Package and mail closing gifts and handwritten thank-you cards
- Assist with implementation and follow through of realtor/referral partner retention programs
- Support Branch Manager and Branch Operations Manager as needed
- Salesforce/CRM experience required
- Social media and marketing background preferred
- Executive Assistant or Transaction Coordinator experience preferred
- Experience working with a high producing sales executive
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter; comfortable working independently after training
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Project management capability
- High school diploma required
- Intermittent to low supervision after training period (depending on experience)
- Must apply sound judgment in execution of core responsibilities
- Active communication with executive
- Physical:
Primarily sedentary office work; occasional lifting up to 20 lbs - Manual Dexterity:

Ability to accurately interpret information received visually and through audio at typical conversational volumes - Environmental:
Office environment with no substantial exposure to adverse conditions - Hourly Range $17.7034 to $26.5106 USD
