Assistant Commercial Manager

Overview

We’re partnering with a highly respected industry leader seeking an Assistant Commercial Property Manager to support a very busy Property Manager in a fast-paced, professional corporate office setting. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, Excel-strong, polished in presentation, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities.

• Support day-to-day operations of industrial commercial properties
• Respond to tenant needs and coordinate resolutions
• Assist with budgets, reforecasts, and CAM reconciliations
• Manage A/R, A/P, invoicing, and vendor coordination
• Track work orders, inspections, and property documentation
• Maintain lease files, certificates of insurance, and compliance records

• 2+ years of commercial property management experience
• Yardi or Kardin experience a plus
• Solid financial and accounting background
• Professional appearance and corporate office presence
• Ability to work independently and support a high-volume desk
