  • Ensures timely payment of all accounts payable functions
  • Apply all customer payments within software applications
  • Processes credit card and expense reimbursements
  • Processes monthly equipment/truck rentals
  • Performs month end reconciliations and financial reporting on MB BIM entity
  • Initiates project setups within accounting software
  • Fosters a positive reputation in the industry by building relationships and identifies project opportunities aligned with strategic plans, and goals
  • Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION

High school diploma required

Associate’s degree in accounting preferred

Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred

EXPERIENCE

0 - 2 years of accounting experience

TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Microsoft Suite
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Experience with in multiple accounting software applications
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
  • Successful completion of post-offer background & drug screens
  • All positions at GH Phipps are considered safety sensitive. Position may be required to visit a construction site at any time.
  • In person, regular attendance required
SALARY AND BENEFITS

The salary range for this position is $68,000 – 78,000
annually
and is dependent in experience and title/rankof position offered.
