Accounting Manager

CV Resources has partnered with a rapidly growing company on the search for a Accounting Manager. This individual will play a key role in month‑end close, financial reporting, and operational accounting functions during a period of expansion and organizational change. • Oversee daily workload distribution, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal deadlines.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to staff.
• Manage day‑to‑day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and account analyses.
• Monitor cash flow and support treasury functions as needed.
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close process.
• Prepare and review financial statements, supporting schedules, and variance analyses.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls across financial workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 1–2+ years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Net Suite or other ERP experience
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control best practices.
• Experience managing month‑end close and financial reporting.
