Multi-Sport Coach

Amazing Athletes is the premier, sports-based enrichment program in the country. We are growing our team in Connecticut. Coaches have flexible schedules, a growth path, and a chance to work with and inspire youths. Classes range from 30-45 minutes (plus 15 minutes setup/breakdown). You will teach the basic fundamentals of 10 different sports following each week's Amazing Athletes curricula to ages 18 months to 6 years old.

Our coaches begin with training in the Amazing Athletes methods, execute demonstrations in various childcare centers in the territory, start new classes, enroll students, and work to consistently grow classes. We are seeking experienced, FUN, energetic, early-childhood teachers and coaches to join our program. You will be the face of the company.

• Arrive early and be prepared to teach the class (includes commuting time).
• Build strong relationships with parents, teachers, directors, and children daily.
• Teach and conduct classes in an organized, structured, and engaging manner.
• Be outgoing and engaging with every child in every class.
• Understand responsibilities while the children are under supervision.
• Maintain up-to-date class rosters on a weekly basis.
• Submit accurate pay stubs to management for review.
• Experience working with preschool-age children (e.g., preschool teachers, camp counselors, substitute teachers, coaches).
• Passion for sports/fitness.
• Background in fitness or related fields (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, exercise science, kinesiology, physical education, etc.).
• First Aid Certification.
• Coaching experience.
