We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Engineer to join a high‑impact team, focused on building scalable, secure, and modern Salesforce solutions
. This team supports business development, operations, and other key stakeholders by streamlining processes, improving data quality, and enabling a best‑in‑class client experience.
You’ll play a hands‑on role in enhancing and evolving a complex Salesforce ecosystem, working closely with business partners to translate requirements into well‑designed, production‑ready solutions.
What You’ll Do- Enhance, support, and evolve a Salesforce platform used across multiple business functions
- Design and build new screens, features, and end‑to‑end functionality
- Translate functional requirements into technical designs and implementations
- Test and validate functionality to ensure quality, performance, and alignment with requirements
- Manage Salesforce administration, including users, permissions, and security controls
- Own production deployments for releases and bug fixes
- Follow and promote Salesforce and general software engineering best practices
- 7+ years of experience designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Hands‑on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Email‑to‑Case, and Case Routing
- Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Apex
- Experience building and maintaining Lightning Flows
- Advanced Salesforce security models experience (required)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Flosum or Git
- Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and investigative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required)
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using REST, Bulk APIs, or Platform Events
- Experience with Salesforce AI tools
, including Agentforce - Exposure to AI‑powered IDEs for Salesforce development
- Unit testing and automated testing experience
- Additional Salesforce certifications
- Working knowledge of SQL

This is a hybrid role
