Security Officer - Flex Patrol Rover

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout commercial office common areas, garages, loading docks, and the building perimeter to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor access points and observe on-site activity, addressing unauthorized entry attempts, suspicious behavior, and hazards by taking appropriate action and notifying property management as needed.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with evacuations, medical calls, and/or alarm activations per location guidance.;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and tenant or visitor interactions in written and/or electronic reports, and communicate pertinent information during shift handoff.
