Security Officer - Flex Unarmed Rover

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout commercial office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and building perimeters to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or policy concerns;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor management by verifying identification and/or credentials, issuing directions, and supporting lobby and loading dock operations as assigned;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, alarms, disturbances, and property damage, and escalate to on-site management and/or public responders as needed;
Document daily activities, patrol observations, and incident details in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate pertinent information during shift handoffs
