What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and acquire new business revenue from new and existing clients
  • Manage and retain an existing book of business while pursuing new opportunities
  • Address client needs and resolve issues promptly
  • Train client personnel as necessary
  • Present proposals to clients, ensuring all relevant team members are involved
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years of automotive F&I experience and/or sales management experience
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills

    Associate and/or bachelor’s degree preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in account sales or insurance brokerage
  • Familiarity with market conditions and competition in the insurance industry
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
