You'll Bring to the Team:
  • Proven Track Record: A minimum of 3-5+ years of demonstrable success in IT staffing sales, consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Hunter & Farmer Mentality:
    Expertise in proactively prospecting and generating new leads, coupled with the ability to cultivate and grow long-term client partnerships.
  • Value-Driven Approach: A knack for understanding client needs and effectively articulating the value proposition of our IT staffing solutions.
  • Tech Savvy:
    Proficiency in knowing leading IT technologies and good handle on metric driven process by utilizing strong skills in MS Office suite.
  • Exceptional Communicator:
    Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), enabling you to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Driving Sales Excellence:
    Effectively selling our comprehensive suite of IT staffing solutions to both new and existing clients.
  • Strategic Client Development:
    Identifying, acquiring, and developing new customer accounts, while fostering multi-level relationships within client organizations to ensure retention and future growth.

    Bringing a genuine enthusiasm for the staffing industry and a strong desire to help individuals achieve their career aspirations.
  • Subject Matter Expertise:
    Possessing the drive and ambition to establish yourself as a trusted and sought-after subject matter expert in the IT staffing space.
