Hours:

Open daily, Sunday through Saturday (weekend and holiday availability required)

* What You’ll Do:

*** Inspire and educate clients through in-store demonstrations and personalized consultations
* Design tailored solutions that align with clients’ needs, preferences, and wellness goals
* Drive sales by building strong client relationships and proactively following up on leads
* Collaborate with the A&D (Architecture & Design) community to grow brand awareness and partnerships
* Process transactions and manage orders with accuracy and efficiency

** Herman Miller, you’ll be the face of a brand that has defined modern furniture for over a century. You’ll guide clients through a personalized journey—blending your design sensibility with consultative selling to help them create spaces that support their wellness and productivity.

This is more than a retail role—it’s a chance to become a trusted advisor and design consultant for clients who value quality, ergonomics, and timeless style. You’ll report directly to the General Manager and play a key role in driving the store’s success.

Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a premium store experience Proven experience in retail sales, interior design, or client-facing design consultation Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design/rendering tools Ability to lift/move items over 20 lbs and adhere to safety protocols Simply put, we hire qualified applicants representing a wide range of backgrounds and abilities.
