Sales Canvassing – UNCAPPED BONUSES!

Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to generate qualified sales leads by visiting homeowners door‑to‑door. No prior experience is required—training and tools will be provided.

• Approach potential customers at their door to identify their needs and present Renewal by Andersen’s products and services.
• Communicate clearly and explain product features and benefits.
• Navigate assigned neighborhoods effectively, which involves substantial walking in various outdoor conditions.
• Represent Renewal by Andersen with the utmost professionalism while working independently.
• Utilize the company‑provided iPad for lead tracking, communication, and information management.

• High energy, professionalism, and ambition.
• Resilience and optimism when encountering challenges, rejection, or negativity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet goals and metrics set for you and your team.
• Comfortable managing team communication effectively using Microsoft Teams and email.

• $21/hour during training; $23/hour upon completion. Opportunity to increase to $25/hour upon hitting performance‑based goals.
• Base pay PLUS weekly AND monthly uncapped commissions. Average reps typically earn $65,000‑$80,000+ per year.

• Full‑time, 40 hours a week
• Monday‑Friday, 9:30 am‑6 pm
• Occasional Saturdays as needed
