This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a General Store Manager located in Greenwich, CT. The General Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage and lead the team, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet sales goals. Responsibilities include managing retail loss prevention, facilitating communication within the team, and delivering exceptional customer service to align with ba&sh’s brand values and aesthetics.

• Experience in Store Management, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the store
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to provide an exceptional shopping experience
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team collaboration and customer interactions
• Knowledge and experience in Retail Loss Prevention to protect store assets and ensure security
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, work in a fast‑paced environment, and achieve sales targets
• Experience in the fashion retail industry is a plus
• A strong sense of style and alignment with the ba&sh brand aesthetic
