Join the team that delivers health care at every consumer touch point. As a member of the Store Management team, the Operations Manager drives store execution, builds consumer loyalty, and leads a high‑performing team.
Position SummaryThe Operations Manager supports the Store Manager in the total leadership and strategic operation of a CVS/pharmacy store, maintaining an engaged, productive store team under the supervision of the Store Manager.
Responsibilities- Overall store management, supervision, and policy implementation
- Sales and inventory management
- Employee staffing, training, and development
- Financial management
- Customer service leadership and promotion of CVS customer service culture
- Lead others and work effectively with store crews
- Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew
- Communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner
- Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints
- Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank)
- Deductive reasoning, advanced analytical and computer skills
- Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills
- Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, overtime as needed, and respond to urgent store issues
- Experience as a retail manager or supervisor
High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred but not required)

Pay Range$21.94 – $35.94 per hour (base hourly rate for this grade; actual offer will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors)
