Join the team that delivers health care at every consumer touch point. As a member of the Store Management team, the Operations Manager drives store execution, builds consumer loyalty, and leads a high‑performing team.

The Operations Manager supports the Store Manager in the total leadership and strategic operation of a CVS/pharmacy store, maintaining an engaged, productive store team under the supervision of the Store Manager.

• Overall store management, supervision, and policy implementation
• Sales and inventory management
• Employee staffing, training, and development
• Financial management
• Customer service leadership and promotion of CVS customer service culture

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew
• Communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank)

• Deductive reasoning, advanced analytical and computer skills
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills
• Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, overtime as needed, and respond to urgent store issues

• Experience as a retail manager or supervisor

High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred but not required)

$21.94 – $35.94 per hour (base hourly rate for this grade; actual offer will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors)
