General Manager – Custom Cabinetry & Millwork Division

We are seeking an experienced and results‑oriented General Manager to lead the operations of our growing custom Cabinetry and Millwork division. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of daily operations, including P&L, sales, estimating, drafting, project management and team management. This individual will play a key role in driving profitability, ensuring operational efficiency, and building strong relationships with vendors, customers, and employees.

• Oversee and manage all day‑to‑day operations, including sales, estimating, drafting, project management, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, maximize profitability, and expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, suppliers, contractors, and customers.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate procurement activities, and ensure on‑time delivery of products to customers.
• Lead, train, and develop employees across various departments, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence and meet business goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional strategies and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize profitability and ensure cost‑effective operations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, market changes, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

• 5+ years of leadership experience in the cabinetry and millwork space.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑functional teams and drive operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement processes, and logistics.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems).
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations in the distribution and building materials industry.
• Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and create performance reports.
