A global investment firm is seeking an experienced investment funds and corporate paralegal to support their Legal team. Responsibilities include creating legal documentation for regulatory filings, managing corporate governance materials, and assisting in the preparation of registration statements. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, at least 5 years of paralegal experience, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of financial markets.

This position offers a salary range of $100,000 to $115,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package.
