Position Overview
The AI Integration Manager plays a key role in executing the organization’s AI strategy and ensuring that technology solutions directly support business objectives. This position focuses on strategic alignment, project management, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration to maximize the impact of AI initiatives. The manager is expected to translate business objectives into actionable technology solutions, ensuring AI initiatives drive efficiency, capacity, and profitability.
The AI Integration Manager will report directly to the CISO and collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams to deliver scalable, value‑driven outcomes.
- Program Leadership:
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to help execute the AI roadmap across in‑house and third‑party initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross‑department teams on project planning, resource allocation, milestone tracking, and delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Support communication and coordination between business management, AI engineering, functional groups, and external vendors.
- Facilitate clear, timely communication of project status, goals, achievements, and roadblocks.
- Business Alignment:
- Translate business needs into technology requirements, ensuring AI solutions address real operational challenges and opportunities.
- Educate business functions on AI benefits and drive adoption/utilization.
- Prepare and deliver management reporting on AI initiatives, progress, risks, and business impact.
- Process & Governance:
- Implement best practices for project management, reporting, and change management.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including project plans, test strategies, and implementation roadmaps, ensuring clarity and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Microsoft Copilot & Power Platform Enablement:
- Collaborate with employees to design, build, and deploy AI agents in Microsoft Copilot that enhance productivity and automate business workflows.
- Support business teams in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), enabling low‑code automation and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify new AI use cases and opportunities for process optimization.
- Support a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data‑driven decision‑making.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within technology or financial services.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technology solutions.
- Familiarity with AI, cloud platforms, and enterprise software (Microsoft, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience managing cross‑functional teams and vendor relationships.
- Analytical mindset, process orientation, and a bias for action.
- Prioritize Business Value:
- Focus on how AI can empower teams to achieve more efficiently, not just reduce costs or headcount.
- Frame AI as a business enabler, not just a technology initiative.
- Bridge Communication Gaps:
- Proactively share project updates, goals, and achievements with all stakeholders.
- Translate technical progress into business impact; ensure functional groups understand how AI benefits their workflows.
- Foster
Collaboration:- Build strong relationships with both business management and the AI engineering team.
- Encourage open dialogue to surface challenges, clarify priorities, and align on solutions.
- Drive Adoption:
- Educate teams on AI capabilities and benefits; provide training and support to increase utilization.
- Collect feedback and iterate on solutions to maximize impact.
- Implement Robust Governance:
- Establish clear processes for project tracking, reporting, and escalation.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
