Desktop Support Technician - Greenwich, CT

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to join an expanding IT team supporting a busy clinical environment in Greenwich, CT. This role offers a mix of project work and daily end-user support, serving a wide range of professionals including clinicians, managers, and administrative staff.

In this role, you will support both ongoing projects and day‑today technical needs, including:

• Providing in‑person, phone, and email support for desktop and end‑user issues
• Troubleshooting in a Windows environment, including Active Directory account and permission management
• Resolving basic network connectivity issues, IP conflicts, and mapping network drives and printers
• Deploying and supporting desktops, thin clients, workstations, and multifunction devices
• Offering white‑glove service to professionals across multiple departments
• Clearly documenting all work and actions taken

This position is fully onsite in Greenwich, CT, with occasional travel to nearby locations as needed.

• Strong Windows troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Active Directory (user accounts, permissions)
• PC/Desktop support experience
• Basic networking knowledge (IP issues, mapping drives/printers)
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities

• Experience supporting clinical or fast‑paced environments
• Experience with patch panels or similar infrastructure
• Experience with imaging, deployments, or hardware rollouts

Ideal candidates are energetic, eager to learn, and have a proactive, positive attitude. Strong customer service skills are essential, as you will be providing hands‑on support in a high‑demand environment where professionalism and responsiveness matter.

This is a Contract position based out of Greenwich, CT.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $24.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
