Product Manager

ERP SAVVY is seeking a Product Manager on the Policy team to lead the development of a consumer-facing platform that reduces operational costs and empowers policyholders to manage their insurance digitally. You will collaborate with engineering, design, user research, operations, client success, and carrier partners to deliver intuitive, high-impact features.

• Execute the product roadmap by partnering with engineering and design to deliver high-quality enhancements.
• Champion user experience, ensuring a polished, accessible, and intuitive UI/UX through close collaboration with design and research.
• Translate product vision into clear documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Align cross-functional teams (Ops, Client Success, Compliance) around shared goals and solutions.
• Contribute to strategic planning by identifying user needs, market trends, and internal feedback.
• Ensure feature quality through user testing, UAT, and rollout coordination.
• Communicate updates effectively across internal teams and external carrier stakeholders.

• 3–7 years of experience as a Product Manager delivering digital products.
• Proven success in cross-functional environments with strong execution skills.
• Experience shaping user experiences in partnership with design and research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive clarity.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like JIRA.
• Comfort working with APIs and understanding technical systems at a high level.
• Knowledge of the life & annuity industry is a plus, but not required.
