Overview

This role is for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant. The base pay range listed is $/yr - $/yr. Additional compensation types include an Annual Bonus. The employer is Lu Guasco & Co. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to understand and support their daily requirements
  • Provide varying levels of support to Human Resources in Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, HR Policy, HRIS, Payroll, and Benefits
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and candidate travel
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and trainings
  • Oversee new-hire onboarding logistics, prepare first-day instructions, and liaise with managers to ensure a seamless start
  • Assist with administration of candidate assessments
  • Apply a continuous improvement mentality to all aspects of work
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience serving as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a Human Resources or Recruiting department
  • Strong computer skills:
    Outlook, Word and Excel a must
  • Ability to maintain a high level of standards and a positive attitude at all times
  • Willingness to take on a wide range of tasks (no job is too big or too small)
  • Ability and willingness to work on-site (5 days/week)
