• DAYS - can make up missed visits on the weekend, Setting:
  Outpatient (some PT visits in Assisted Living Facilities (roughly 20%), GT: 36, Length: 13 weeks, Required certs: BLS & First Aide, Candidates must have (2) years recent licensed PT experience and (1) recently completed travel assignment, NO NEW GRADS, TRAVELER MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH HOMECARE/HOMEBASE, Traveler will be required to attend daily stand-up meetings at 8:30 AM MON-FRI, Facility Work week: SUN-SAT, Scrubs: clean/professional scrubs with closed toe shoes, Charting:
  Wellsky, Travel radius: 50 miles from facility, Milage: included in bill rate, Ratios: 6-7, Expectation for total weekly mileage: 50- 75 miles (could vary), CT requirement REQUIRES the COVID vaccination & Boosters. Medical/Religious exemptions are granted on a case-by-case basis, and any traveler that receives facility approval for the medical/religious exemption must be tested weekly (which is a facility responsibility), PLEASE HAVE ALL SUBMISSIONS LOOK INTO HOUSING PRIOR TO SUBMITTING
