. As the company continues to expand, they are looking to appoint a Senior Vice President of Finance who will act as the operational right-hand to the CFO and lead the day-to-day finance organisation during a critical phase of growth.

Take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, ensuring operational financial performance aligns with the company’s strategic objectives and growth plans.

Develop and scale the FP&A function into a robust strategic planning engine capable of supporting senior leadership decision-making.

Oversee key finance functions including Controller, FP&A, and Internal Audit while strengthening financial processes, reporting structures, and internal controls.

Partner closely with department heads to monitor financial performance, identify variances, and drive accountability across the organisation.

Develop scalable financial systems, reporting frameworks, and operational processes that will support the business as it grows toward $1B+ in revenue

Act as the CFO’s operational counterpart, enabling them to focus on longer-term strategic initiatives including capital planning, facility expansion, and future fundraising initiatives.

• Senior finance leadership experience, ideally operating at VP or SVP level within a scaling organisation.
• Experience supporting companies through significant revenue growth (approximately $200M – $1B).
• Strong background across FP&A, operational finance, and accounting leadership

• Experience managing and developing finance teams including Controllers and FP&A leaders

• Ability to operate as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership team.
• Proven success building scalable finance processes, reporting frameworks, and operational discipline.

• Experience with in e-commerce or digitally driven consumer platforms
