Chief Financial Officer

A rapidly growing renewable energy investment platform is seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer to join its senior leadership team. The firm develops and manages income-oriented portfolios of distributed and utility-scale energy assets across global markets. It combines deep energy infrastructure expertise with innovative private market investment solutions, including digital platforms that broaden access to alternative energy assets.

The company has a track record of managing energy assets through institutional partnerships and is entering a new growth phase, expanding both its direct investment operations and wealth distribution channels via RIAs, broker-dealers, and alternative platforms.

The CFO will serve as a key partner to the executive team, leading enterprise-wide finance across the management company, investment portfolios, and operating entities. This role offers a hands‑on opportunity to shape financial strategy, drive capital formation, oversee accounting and compliance, and scale the finance function in a dynamic, founder‑led environment.

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Prior CFO, Deputy CFO, or senior finance leadership experience in investment management, infrastructure, private equity, or asset-heavy operations.
• Deep knowledge of private markets structures (funds, SPVs, portfolio companies, management companies).
• Multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction accounting and tax experience.
• Expertise in GAAP financials, fund reporting, and investor diligence.
• Background in energy, infrastructure, real assets, or project-based investing.
• Strong judgment, discipline, and comfort in a founder-led environment.
