Responsibilities
- Underwrite commercial real estate loans across multiple property types
- Review and analyze borrower financials, credit information, and third-party reports
- Conduct market and asset-level due diligence to evaluate risk and collateral
- Prepare credit memoranda for internal review and approval
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to support loan execution
- Monitor deal pipeline and identify potential risks or issues
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations
- Assist with loan structuring and support the closing process
- 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate underwriting or credit analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred
